Services

PineClean Inglewood Landscapes provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are provided in Inglewood, CA and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, and scheduling constraints.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from what was initially assessed. We will notify you of any significant price changes before beginning work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, prices may be subject to change based on material costs and availability.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work.

Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. If legal action is necessary to collect payment, you agree to pay all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience.

Property Access and Liability

By hiring our services, you grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring that all gates are unlocked and that our team has clear access to work areas on scheduled service days.

We carry liability insurance to protect both you and our team. However, you agree to notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden hazards before we begin work. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or systems.

Please secure pets indoors during service visits to ensure the safety of both your pets and our team members.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no additional cost.

For plant installations, we offer a 30-day warranty on all plants, provided you follow our recommended care instructions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather, improper watering, pests, or other factors beyond our control.

Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information on our site.

You may not use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PineClean Inglewood Landscapes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or website use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
